After booking with us, we’ll send over a personalized questionnaire so we can learn more about you and what matters most. This helps us understand what you’d love captured, the moments that feel meaningful, and the details that make your story uniquely yours.

After your questionnaire, we’ll confirm final details like locations and timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We’re always available for any questions or concerns leading up to your session.

Travel fees begin at $0.70 per mile for locations outside a two-hour radius of Cincinnati.

For events beyond that two-hour range, we also factor in local hotel accommodations based on the area of your event.

For destination events requiring air travel, we will calculate flights, rental cars, and hotel costs. Travel pricing can vary depending on location and time of year, and those factors will always be taken into consideration when preparing your custom quote.

We provide fully licensed music that we carefully select as part of our creative process. Every song is chosen intentionally to enhance the emotion, pacing, and overall storytelling of your film or short video.

We absolutely welcome suggestions and inspiration — we love hearing what you’re drawn to. However, final music selection remains a creative decision on our end, ensuring the soundtrack flows seamlessly and best highlights the story we’re telling.

Each package varies in turnaround time for receiving your photos and/or video. The exact timeline will always be clearly outlined in your service agreement, so you’ll know the specific date you can expect your final products.
